Hi, I'm Moh. Daffa Firdaus, but you can call me Daffa or Daff. I'm the Co-Founder of Micholabs, as well as a Social Media Management Specialist and UI/UX Designer who loves creating digital experiences that feel clean, modern, and engaging.
How I Discovered My Passion for Tech & Design
My interest in technology began back in 10th grade at vocational high school, when I first realized how powerful tech could be in shaping the way we live and work. My love for design started a bit later—right when I began college—where I dove deeper into UI/UX and explored modern design trends.
Since then, I've been sharpening my skills in social media management, crafting user interfaces with Figma, and creating visuals that combine functionality with creativity. I believe blending technology and design is the key to building meaningful, user-friendly digital products.
The Journey to Micholabs
Micholabs was born from a casual conversation between me, Rafif, Omi, and Fildzanu. We once worked on a project together and quickly realized we shared the same vision and drive.
For us, building a startup isn't just about having a logo or fixed working hours. It's about collaboration, shared growth, and understanding the deeper purpose we want to achieve as a team.
We believe everyone plays an important role. No one is above anyone else—we're all equals, constantly learning and supporting one another.
My Hopes for the Future
For me, Micholabs is more than just a place to create cool digital products. I envision it as a space for continuous learning, open communication, and mutual respect—where no egos stand in the way and everyone feels valued.
I also hope Micholabs can offer opportunities for students and newcomers to gain real-world experience in tech, helping them build confidence and skills for their careers.
Ultimately, I want Micholabs to grow into an inspiring hub that supports our team, our clients, and the broader tech community.
